Nick has two degrees in Psychology, together with a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching. Ashridge and EMCC accredited, he takes his on-going professional development seriously. He is a BPS Level A&B registered and qualified test user. His particular specialism is in Firo-B and Hogan, in which he is accredited as an advanced interpreter. Psychometrics form the backbone of Nick’s work, but it is his ability to make connections between these results and people’s life experiences that sets him apart.
